Who does Zumo Car Rentals Rent to?
We rent to anyone with a valid drivers licence. International licences, and under 25s included.

What is included in the price?
We cover the cost of registration, maintenance, roadside assistance and comprehensive insurance. No hidden fees.

Is there a bond or security deposit?
Yes there is a bond held, however it is fully refundable upon the end of the rental period.

What happens if the car is damaged?
If the car is damaged you must notify us immediately, however the cost is limited to the insurance excess, unless the rental agreement is breached.

What will I have to pay?
You will have to pay only the weekly rent for the car, and any running costs such as tolls, speeding fines, fuel, etc.

Can I use the car for Uber, Uber Eats, Doordash etc?
Unfortunately Rideshare such as Uber are prohibited, however Zumo is a perfect way to earn some cash with Doordash, Uber Eats, or any food delivery.

What happens if the car breaks down?
All rentals include roadside assistance. Just call the number provided and let us know.

How do I book a car, and what documents will I need?
Fill out the contact form, or give us a call on the number provided to book a car, we recommend booking 1-2 months prior. You will need a valid driving licence, proof of identity such as passport and international driving permit if you are tourist.

Can I take the car outside Melbourne?
Interstate or long-distance travel must be approved beforehand.
